Kundalini Yoga Workshop Follow Up: Kriyas and More!

This weekend in Edmond, OK, we led workshops on using sound in Kundalini Yoga, tuning up the immune system and going over simple morning routines for a fresh start to each day. Saturday’s workshop was on boosting your immune system through Kundalini Yoga.  A simple 3 minutes of dog panting, a quick cold shower and of course, eating healthy foods all help to boost the immune system.  When you want yoga to help out too:
